Instructions
- 1. Fill out form fields with appropriate information.
Consult
gallery for exact pricing on your purchase.
- 2. Add up all totals and grand total.
- 3. Print out form using the Print Order link
- 4. Make appropriate cheque out to Mr. Karey Wood with total shown
in form.
- 5. Mail letter to address located in header of form with cheque.
Once cheque has cleared Curtis Dubois Enterprises will then send out order
print/painting.
